RAY HALLETT Who is Ray?Ray Hallett is the managing director and owner of Going Forward OH & S Services Pty Ltd. He is an accredited Occupational Health & Safety Professional and has worked in the Occupational Health and Safety Industry for more than 25 years. Ray is a former National Occupational Health and Safety Manager for Salta Constructions Pty Ltd where he managed the company’s OHS committee. He designed, developed, implemented and maintained Salta Constructions ‘Occupational Health and Safety Management System’ for the companies operations in Victoria, Western Australia and Queensland. Ray drove and set safety benchmarks at Salta Constructions including monthly audits of each of the companies projects. He instigated health and safety training and resources for employees and all levels of management to provide a safe work environment for everyone. Ray also ran training sessions on health and safety legislation for management and supervisors and conducted monthly meetings of the companies OHS committee. Ray’s knowledge about Occupational Health & Safety Acts, Regulations, Industry Codes and Standards is second to none. Ray is fully qualified, having obtained a 'Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety' He is also a qualified ‘Management Systems Auditor’ and an accredited Australian Standard AS 4801 Manager in Occupational Health and Safety Systems having successfully obtained accreditation to this Australian standard for Salta Constructions Pty Ltd operations with-in six months of commencing employment with the company.
